We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any unused and unopened product within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Please ensure that the original seals are intact and that items are well packed. Please note if the goods are returned to us damaged we will not refund. Please also note that postage costs will not be refunded.

We are unable to offer a refund on Pure Fresh Royal Jelly under these circumstances due to its perishable nature.

Please advise us within 48 hours of receipt, we will discuss the particulars with you and organise either a replacement or full refund.

Courier & postal deliveries.

We aim to ship the same day or within 24 hours. Please ensure that you are in to receive the delivery from us. If the goods are returned to us by the courier we will charge for future delivery attempts. We are always more than happy to deliver to a work address or a friend or family member.
