You can cancel your order at any time up to seven working days after the day of delivery. To do this please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. On cancellation, we will refund all moneys paid, including outward postage charges, within 30 days. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – For example, if goods are faulty. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Courier & postal deliveries.We generally use Royal Mail first class postage services. The prices are at cost in line with the weight of the parcel. For orders of three or more jars of the Apimist products we use FEDEX next day delivery and the cost of this is £7.85 including VAT. Other services are available on request. We aim to ship the same day or within 24 hours. Please ensure that you are in to receive the delivery from us. If the goods are returned to us by the courier due to no one being available to take delivery we will charge for future delivery attempts. We are always more than happy to deliver to a work address or a friend or family member. If your goods do not arrive within three working days please let us know as soon as feasibly possible. |
